Active Slough are promoting a number of activities for the over 50’s starting in September. Activities include Short Tennis, Circuit Training, Seated Excerise, various dance classes including Ballroom, Salsa and Zumba, Various fitness regimes including Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi and other sports. Active Slough have recently released their summer timetable including a wide range of activities (many of them free) which are delivered across the borough of Slough. Activities include Circuit Training, Badminton, Boxercise, Tennis, Yoga, Pilates, Basketball, Judo, Wheelchair Basketball, Paddling, Football, 5 a Side, BollyWood dance and many others.
